Our team of experts in the UK, US and Israel built the solution: a platform that empowers online brokers, private banks, and wealth managers to offer securities lending to their clients. We call it SLaaS: Securities Lending as a Service. It’s a fully digital, customizable, end-to-end solution that automates front- and back-office operations. Institutions and investors are now free to earn more from what they own.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Director to join our leading capital markets FinTech in New York. The successful individual will have a deep understanding of capital markets and is driven, competitive and eager to advance their career in sales. Alongside offering an excellent opportunity at career growth, you will also be joining a small and dynamic US team of a successful global company where you will have a seat at the table.

  • Background in capital markets or finance is essential
  • Own the entire sales cycle
  • Use a variety of outreach methods to generate interest, qualify leads and move them through the funnel
  • Work closely with the sales team to execute strategies to reach key accounts and decision-makers
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services and be able to articulate the value proposition to prospects
  • Continuously improve and optimize the sales process to increase conversion rates and revenue
  • Accelerate the buyer's journey from unaware to consideration

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience selling in capital markets or finance as the owner of the full sales cycle
  • Proven track record of success in achieving or surpassing quotas
  • Experience in a consultative selling environment
  • Familiarity and comfortability operating in a longer-term sales cycle
  •  FINRA Series 7 and 63 and a clean record with no disclosures, or a commitment to obtain licenses within the first few months of employment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills      
  • Great storytelling skills and exceptional active listening skills.
