Contract Details:
- Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
- Contract Period: 3-6 Months
- Location: US Remote
- Work Schedule: 20
- Compensation: $60-$80 per hour (1099)
Requirements
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize new requests, enhancements, and ongoing support for clients who have already gone live with Salesforce.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new features or modifications, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
- Analyze and understand existing processes, recommending improvements or enhancements where needed.
- Work closely with development teams to translate requirements into functional specifications and oversee the implementation process.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure that new features or changes are delivered as expected.
- Provide training and support to end-users, helping them understand new features and changes.
- Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, ensuring stability and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication between clients, development teams, and other internal departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system changes, configurations, and ongoing requests.
- Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven experience working with a Salesforce Consulting Partner or Independent Software Vendor (ISV).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant products.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with post-implementation support, system enhancements, and handling change requests.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with clients in various industries, understanding different business processes and needs.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an iterative development environment.
- Knowledge of integration solutions and third-party applications commonly used with Salesforce.
