Job Description:
Madison Ave Consulting is currently seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions. Your expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration will be pivotal in driving client success and satisfaction, particularly within the healthcare provider industry.

Contract Details:
- Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
- Contract Period: 6 Months
- Work Schedule: 20- 40 hours per week
- Compensation: $60-$80 per hour (1099)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce implementations.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions, leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and industry trends to continuously enhance our services and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a focus on healthcare provider industry (hospital, nursing, doctor, nursing home, addiction treatment).
- Experience in healthcare provider settings, preferably in-home care/elder care.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its customization capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are a plus.
