About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Executive I to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Client Executive I, you will play a crucial role in driving client satisfaction and retention. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with our healthcare clients, ensuring their success and fostering long-term partnerships. You will serve as the key liaison between our organization and our valued clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions that drive mutual growth and success. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact within the healthcare sector, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional service and strategic insights that positively influence our clients' operations and outcomes.

Requirements

You will:

Client Relationship Management and Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key clients in the healthcare sector.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and maximizing client value as a part of the process, without eligibility for commission.

Strategic Solution Alignment and Delivery:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to align healthcare IT solutions and services with client requirements effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional client experiences.
  • Drive successful project implementation, manage timelines, and meet project goals and client expectations.

Market Insight and Business Development:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and advancements in healthcare IT.
  • Provide valuable insights and thought leadership to clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic growth plans.

Reporting and Strategic Communication:

  • Monitor client satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and address concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and participate in contract negotiations.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key client metrics, revenue projections, and client satisfaction levels.

Additional Requirements

  • Availability to work occasional weekends and overnight hours as needed.
  • This role requires you to work EST hours.

You have:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • Proven track record of at least 5 -7 years in a client-facing role, preferably within the healthcare IT industry.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and credibility with clients at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, adept at prioritizing and managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of healthcare IT solutions, regulations, and market dynamics.

Attributes:

  • Proactive and self-motivated mindset, demonstrating initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive results.

Salary - $75,000/yr - $95,000/yr
