We are a rapidly growing IT support and cloud hosting company in Midtown Manhattan that is looking for an experienced Senior Help Desk Analyst to add to our elite support team.
As part of the team, you will be exposed to a wide variety of cutting-edge technologies, in a fast-paced and fun environment.
Position Role
- Provide technical support for end-user desktop
- Active Directory Administration including account management, maintenance
- Microsoft 365 advanced administration including E-mail, SharePoint, and Teams
- Provide support for level 1 and 2 ticket escalations
- Provide support for client projects such as Microsoft 365 migrations, VPN rollouts, etc.
- Create resolution documentation for complex technical issues
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365, MS Office Suite, and Windows 10/11
- Mac experience is a plus
- A+, Sec +, MS 365 Certified: Fundamentals or equivalent certification
