Bodily is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Supply Chain & Operations to join our team. Requirements
Supply Chain Strategy
- Collaborate with the leadership team to create a detailed production plan using internal demand forecasts.
- Take responsibility for making strategic decisions that guide the production plan.
- Work with the leadership team to develop a raw materials plan that aligns with the production strategy.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely procurement of raw materials while supporting the on-time delivery of finished goods.
- Manage inventory to balance months-on-hand with stock-out risk, supporting our internal MOH strategy while minimizing the risk of stock-outs.
DTC Fulfillment
- Manage and own the relationship with the 3PL provider: handling agreements, negotiations, dispute management, and invoice processing.
- Oversee all outbound shipping operations, focusing on cost and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fulfillment costs, parcel costs, labor costs, shipping time, and order accuracy.
- Manage warehouse inventory, including fill rate and cycle count programs.
- Supervise the return process at the 3PL, managing costs related to shipping, quality assurance, and restocking.
Wholesale Fulfillment
- Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process for all B2B orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and manage the wholesale order work-in-progress (WIP) to keep track of order status and progress.
- Serve as the primary operational lead for Bodily in interactions with wholesale partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Ensure high standards of service and satisfaction for wholesale partners through effective operational management and problem resolution.
Logistics:
- Oversee all inbound shipments from suppliers, managing logistics KPIs such as transit time, cost per kilogram, and cost per unit.
- Ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation and logistics operations.
Product Data Management:
- Oversee maintenance of accurate and detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) for all products, including components, labor, and overhead costs.
- Oversee management of SKU data in WMS and Cin7 systems, ensuring accurate product data, inventory, and cost data.
- Own and maintain reports flowing from the Cin7 system, collaborating with internal teams to ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, and fulfillment operations, preferably in a DTC or omnichannel environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience in managing 3PL relationships and logistics operations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in WMS and ERP systems, specifically Cin7.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process optimization.
