The Impact You Will Make
In this position as Senior Marketing Analyst, you will support the analytics and reporting of paid media campaigns across numerous clients on the Paid Media team. The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for finding insights from advertising data to improve client and campaign outcomes. No sponsorship will be available now or in the future for this position.
What the Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Manage data, analytics, and reporting workflows for paid media campaigns, including audience management, reporting dashboard setup, QA, and troubleshooting
- Implement website analytics and conversion tracking according to needs articulated by client, client team, and fellow paid media team members
- Participate in meetings and calls with vendors and internal teams, including taking and sharing meeting notes
- Collaborate with and enable the media and client teams with reporting data to make strategic campaign optimizations
What You Bring
- 1-3 year(s) relevant work experience; exposure to digital media analytics from internships, fellowships or agency-setting is ideal
- Demonstrated experience using Google Analytics, Datorama, or similar ad analytics tools to aggregate data and derive insights
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Suite products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can interpret data to communicate with others who have limited experience with ad analytics
- Close attention to detail with ability to quickly troubleshoot errors with data sets, or data streams
- Ability to understand measurement frameworks and KPI setting
- Ability to work autonomously on projects with proper direction from superiors
- Ability to learn and improve technical skills related to data process automation (i.e. Python, SQL)
- Intellectual curiosity. You push the boundaries of what can be done to improve campaign outcomes and internal workflow processes
- Must be able to work directly for organization with without sponsorship

BPI offers a comprehensive total compensation package for this role of $64,000- $72,000 with an annual discretionary bonus and generous benefits. Estimated starting base salary will be based on level of experience.
