Full Job Description
We are looking for a CSM who has a proven track record of driving product success across multiple products at once. You will be working across products and Dev teams, driving each of them forward to new heights and greater adoption
Responsibilities
- Guiding and coaching the team through the Scrum process
- Facilitating all aspects of the Scrum framework, including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
- Assist the Product Owners with backlog maintenance, prioritization, and resolution of blockers.
- Promote self-organization within the team and improve transparency.
- Identify and remove impediments to the team’s progress.
- Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
- Drive teams towards forecasted and predictable delivery of agile backlogs
- Institute a collaborative culture across the individual teams
Please Note: This is a hybrid position and will require at least 2 days in the office per week. Successful candidates will need to complete a background check.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
- Proven experience being a Scrum Master for multiple products at once
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to deal with complexity and change.
- Experience with Agile methodologies other than Scrum is a plus.
- Experience working in Scaled Agile environment is a plus
