We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities

  • NEEDS
    • Proofreading blog posts for typos, grammatical errors, etc. (8 blog posts per week)
    • Scheduling blog posts
    • Write a pin description for each blog post (8 blog posts per week)
    • Create 5 pins x 8 blog posts per week, total of 40 base pins (pins will be text only using template provided in Canva)
    • Assist with researching trending content ideas editorial calendar 
    • Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
    • Platforms:
        • Google Suite 
        • WordPress
        • Pinterest

Requirements

    • Experience in social media / digital marketing (a must) 
    • Passionate about fitness and health (a plus) 
    • Creative
    • Intuitively organized
    • Tech savvy
    • Self-starter 
    • Detail oriented
    • 7-10 hours per week (availability to grow as role grows)
    • Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone
