The Spa is a full-service holistic destination that draws on raw pathways and pays homage to nature by providing nourishing, rejuvenating, and experiential treatments.
We're looking for a knowledgeable, experienced, team player and highly motivated attendant with great attention to detail who understands spa cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain locker room appearance and cleanliness. Ensure that amenities are consistently stocked (robes, slippers, towels, linens, equipment, and supplies), according to standard operating procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and establish connections with members
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and taking out the trash
- Removes dirty laundry and collects dirty linens in guest areas
- Cleans and sanitizes all showers, bathrooms, and grooming areas throughout the day
- Informs management of any member, guest, or facility issues
- Frequently disinfect and wipe down high touch services
- Maintain the highest standard of guest service by displaying genuine care and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness standards in locker rooms, spa lounge, and reception area according to standard operating procedures
Requirements
Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in housekeeping in a spa, hotel, and/or salon location.
- Ability to exert up to 25 pounds of force to lift and move objects
- Strong team player
- Dependable and reliable
- Enthusiasm and a professional, positive attitude at work
- Be punctual, reliable and flexible with scheduling according to business needs
- Evening and weekend availability a must (Part-time and Full-time positions)
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
