We’re looking for individuals from a range of academic backgrounds who are interested in joining us on our mission to grow the value of sports.
A little bit about us: we’re Two Circles, the four-time Sport Industry Agency of the Year, and we’re a vibrant and rapidly-expanding sports marketing agency. We currently have a team of 600 working across six global offices (London, Bern, New York City, Los Angeles, Paris and Melbourne). But we’re just getting started.
As we scale our business in North America, we are looking for growth-oriented, dynamic and motivated members of our team to help us remake the sports industry and build a once-in-a-lifetime sports business. We have a strong client roster and even stronger ambitions.
We work as consultants to over 100 leading sports organizations - including the NFL, the Premier League, MLB, the NWSL and the Kentucky Derby - and help them improve customer experience, increase revenue, and enhance their partner proposition. Sports Analyst:
A Two Circles Analyst helps make sense of the data our clients hold, turning this richness into compelling stories and actionable strategy. One week they will be analyzing the data behind a client customer base, the next building a presentation to share insights with a client, while the next running a digital marketing campaign, based off the insight shown. Ultimately the barometer of success is quality results and business growth for our client.
There’s no set profile for an Analyst, and we welcome applications from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. Checking every box on this list is not a pre-requisite, but evidence of some will definitely help your application:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis and market research to provide insights and recommendations on the sports industry landscape, fan behavior's, and commercial opportunities for our clients
- Support the development and delivery of client projects by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to create strategic recommendations and actionable insights
- Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to assist with the execution of projects and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer behavior's to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
- Help to develop client presentations and reports to effectively communicate findings and recommendations
Requirements:
- Strong academics
- Experience of, or a keen interest in, the sports business
- Passion for identifying trends and stories in data, and explaining what they might mean
- Great self-starting attitude and keen to join an entrepreneurial organization where every working day is different
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Being a team player and going above and beyond for others
- Problem-solving and an ability to think outside the box
Experience with the following would also be beneficial:
- Experience in data analysis, market research, or consulting
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
