Full Job Description
We are seeking both a Seasonal Part-time and Full-time talented technical designer, preferably with hands-on building experience, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of work experience in event, exhibition, furniture, and retail design. Must be detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to solve problems efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop 3D models in CAD for a wide variety of projects, both large and small.
- Produce descriptive and clear shop drawings, install directives, client design proposals, and renderings.
- Collaborate with the production team to integrate client feedback while ensuring feasibility for production.
- Prepare files for vendors, including image files for printing, and CAD files for CNC machines.
- Program parts and cut lists for CNC milling, laser cutting, 3D printing, and other automated equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial design, architecture, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of professional work experience.
- Knowledge of and interest in art, fashion, design, and architecture.
- Expert level proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper.
- High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365, and Windows.
- Experience in CNC programming (Fusion 360 is a plus).
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task.
- Understanding of fabrication techniques and the ability to translate them into technical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.

- Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 (Dependent on experience)
