About the role:

The VP, Operations will work closely with LifeMD executive management to support efficient business operations, execute on high-priority initiatives, and develop and refine operational processes. This role will require a candidate who can work effectively cross-functionally to gain consensus and has a proven record of successful execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise on a variety of long-term, cross-organizational projects ensuring deliverables are provided on schedule and bottlenecks are surfaced and resolved 
  • Leverage analytics to deliver and communicate actionable insights around operations, productivity, patient experience, and more
  • Collaboratively develop and execute go-to market strategies across technology, finance, marketing, and operations  
  • Optimize internal processes, continuously suggesting  improvements and efficiencies
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications
  • Provide research, analysis, and recommendations to drive operational excellence and scale the business efficiently
  • Coordinate with finance on operational KPIs and metrics

Requirements

Basic Qualification:

  • 8+ years experience, including leadership roles in high growth environments
  • 3+ years of healthcare experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to think critically and adapt well to new processes
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience with insurance & compliance
