OPEN CALL THURSDAY, APRIL 25TH 1PM - 3:00PM! 161 Water Street, Financial District NY.
HAPPIER is building a community for creators with the help of creators! We are looking for energetic, passionate professionals to join the team for our NEW Brooklyn Members Club! We are seeking exceptional individuals who provide a luxurious guest experience and we would like to invite you to our hiring event Friday, February 23rd from 11 AM - 5 PM at 161 Water Street, Financial District NY.
The ideal candidate will quickly be able to adapt to the brand, values, and culture of the company, evoking passion and excitement for the process in all involved while providing an upbeat and positive client and team experience. Can-do attitudes and respectful, inclusive outlooks are greatly valued and expected of all team members.

Operated and developed by Happier People Management, The Water Street Associates (WSA) Building is a modern workspace for the Fashion, Arts, Culture, and Technology industries. 700,000 sq. ft. of programming area, spread across 31 floors, will offer Health & Wellness, Dining, Retail, and the Arts intermixed with coworking spaces, offices, and a Members' community for a holistic experience. The WSA Building project will break down barriers between the public and the once-siloed office tower, expanding the cultural offerings of the neighborhood.
Requirements
For all Food and Beverage positions, a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant hospitality experience in an upscale restaurant is required (strong guest service skills may be considered for select positions
Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify) legally
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction
Customer-oriented and planning skills
Courteous and attentive to guests
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as staying on your feet, climbing stairs, and carrying heavy objects
An essential part of the job is being available on a flexible schedule and being willing to work outside “office hours.” AM/PM service and nights, weekends, and holidays as required
There will be a variable working schedule
