We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team.
Starting Salary $91,000.00 annual salary or $95 per hour salary.
As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications: - Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field - Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Requirements
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans - Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies - Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed - Collaborate with other professionals, such as educators and medical staff, to ensure coordinated care - Provide training and support to caregivers and other team members - Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards Skills: - Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorders - Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams - Familiarity with medical terminology and records - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
