Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial New Business Development Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new clients for our wide range of IT solutions, which include:

  • Business Phone Systems (VoIP)
  • Managed IT Services (Hoku Edgeguard)
  • Cybersecurity Solutions
  • Fortinet Equipment and Engineering Support
  • IT Networking Solutions

Most of our products and services come with Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), meaning you will have the opportunity to earn ongoing commissions from the contracts you close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in key markets.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads for IT solutions, focusing on Business Phone Systems, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services.
  • Work closely with prospects to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Close new business deals, ensuring long-term client retention and satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and meet monthly sales goals.
  • Occasionally travel to meet clients or attend industry events (optional).

  • Average Performance (3-5 new clients per month): $70,000 - $100,000 annually.
  • High Performance (6+ new clients per month): $120,000 - $150,000+ annually.
