PROJECT OVERVIEW
Culture 2024, a new collaboration from Drive Agency and TaskForce, is deploying the largest and most sophisticated cultural organizing effort to ignite voter registration and turnout within key communities and geographies this November. Our objective is to engage a broad network of cultural voices to speak to critical audiences — Black, Latino, and young voters (18-35 years olds) in Charlotte,, Milwaukee, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Phoenix, and Atlanta — about the issues they care about most, and convert them into voters. Culture 2024 will partner with creatives, creators, cultural influencers and leading voter engagement organizations, to create a layered approach to reaching these audiences in the cultural spaces they frequent in their communities and online, and registering and mobilizing them to vote.
We are seeking a talented group of campaigners to join Culture 2024 as part of a team of organizers, creators, and strategists helping to bring this initiative to life. The campaigner in each city will be responsible for project managing the planning and execution of the campaign in (geographic region) and will report directly to the Campaign Director of Culture 2024.
Culture 2024 is a joint effort between Drive Agency and Task Force — two leading social impact agencies who have come together to make a critical difference this election cycle.
Requirements
- Support on the development of the program plan, integrating greater detail in relation to audience targeting, voter mobilization, partnerships, and amplification for the priority audience segments in collaboration with the Campaign Director, campaign team, Drive Agency and Task Force.
- Collaborate with the Campaign Director and researchers around the audience targeting plan in relation to the relevant scope. This includes supporting the definition of priority audience segments, as well as narrative and messaging briefs for the relevant audience segments in collaboration with the copywriter.
- Project manage the execution of the program (nationally or within target city) with guidance from the Campaign Director. This includes managing a detailed delivery calendar for all activity within the project scope and managing the pipeline and hand off of potential voters to voter mobilization partners.
- Liaise with relevant team member(s) at partner agency in order to gain a full understanding of the productions and commissions (nationally or within target city), and manage the development of related assets and action plans to ensure efforts online and offline are cohesive.
- Manage partnerships with voter mobilization organizations (nationally or within target city)—this could include helping to identify new partners and develop those relationships, and/ or manage existing partnerships while working to understand critical needs, gaps and ways to support voter mobilization efforts. This will be done in close collaboration with the Campaign Director, who will oversee voter mobilization partnerships for the overall program.
- Support the coordination of amplification efforts within the relevant scope, including outreach to and engagement with vendors (PR firms, paid media agencies, influencer agencies and influencers). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working on at least 1-3 campaigns (political, advocacy, communications, or other social impact effort)
- Proven experience project managing a complex campaign or activation.
- Experience with content capture in various mediums - photo, video - for use on social media.
- Experience working with and/or managing partnerships
- Comfortable working with social media platforms and other digital platforms
- Experience supporting event production or management is a plus
- Comfortable with Google Suite
- Language skills outside of English are a plus, particularly Spanish
- Commitment to work that encourages voting, civic participation, justice or political activism

Benefits
Part of the work for this role can be done at home where some work in person in Charlotte, NC will be needed. The role pays $4800 per month with an additional $450 paid each month as a benefits stipend to be spent at the individual's discretion.
