Key Responsibilities:

- Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments using salon software, efficiently handling changes and cancellations while maximizing the schedule.
- Client Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with exceptional customer service skills, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage client records, process transactions, and handle cash and credit card payments accurately.
- Salon Maintenance: Ensure the front desk and waiting areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Monitor and maintain a professional appearance of the salon.
- Team Support: Collaborate with salon staff to facilitate smooth operations, including coordinating with stylists and assisting with various tasks as needed.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and address client feedback to continuously improve the client experience and resolve any issues effectively.
