Director of Inpatient Services
CTTX Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Inpatient Services to lead our inpatient care department. As the Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our inpatient population and overseeing the operations of our inpatient services.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the inpatient department, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage a team of nurses, nursing assistants, and support staff, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize inpatient processes.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inpatient care, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of inpatient care protocols, patient safety standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in inpatient care and healthcare management.
