Our client, a pioneering company in the radiochemical and GMP manufacturing sector, is seeking a talented Process Engineer to join their dynamic Production team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer looking to make their mark in a cutting-edge industry.
The Role: As Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, build, and maintenance of manufacturing suites, equipment, and facility support systems. This position reports directly to the Production Manager and offers significant opportunity for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities
- Manage spare parts and measuring equipment
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization
- Lead investigations and root-cause analyses
- Ensure implementation of corrective measures for quality deviations
- Liaise with contract organizations, suppliers, and vendors
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a BS degree in natural sciences or engineering
- Has 0-5 years of relevant experience
- Is proficient in AutoCAD (or similar) and MS Office Suite
- Possesses practical experience in plant construction or experimental setups
- Has knowledge of quality management and/or quality assurance
- Is capable of creating technical drawings and documentation
- Is business fluent in English and willing to travel 10-15% if required
- Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment is highly advantageous
