- Administer budgets, monitor expenditures, and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Oversee the entire work order lifecycle and track performance metrics.
- Manage maintenance contracts and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
- Generate and provide reports to management on inventory, KPIs, and project status.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience (additional experience may substitute for a degree).
- Specialized training in maintenance preferred.
- Experience with CMMS (Maximo preferred) and contractor management.
- Strong budgeting and report generation skills.
- Previous experience in parts room management.
