As a part of our Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational success for our field crews nationwide. You’ll work at the intersection of technology and in-person operations to deliver the future of home services. Your work will have a tangible and critical impact as our services rapidly scale across multiple markets.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement internal KPIs and SLAs to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Establish repeatable processes for launching new markets, ensuring smooth operations from 0 to 1.
• Collaborate with the COO and leadership team to devise strategic initiatives for operational enhancement.
• Drive the implementation of scalable initiatives and best practices to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Utilize data analysis tools like Excel and SQL to evaluate costs and benefits, informing strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to organizational development efforts to support scalability.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in consulting, strategy, or related operational roles, demonstrating proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven track record of working smarter by adopting best practices and standardization principles.
