Requirements
- Study diagnostic records, such as medical or dental histories, plaster models of teeth, photos of a patient’s face and teeth, and X-rays, to develop patient treatment plans. Adjust dental appliances to produce and maintain normal function
- Fit dental appliances in patient’s mouths to alter the position and relationship of teeth and jaws or to realign teeth
- Diagnose teeth and jaw or other dental-facial abnormalities.
- Examine patients to assess abnormalities of jaw development, tooth position, and other dental-facial structures.
- Instruct dental assistants in orthodontic procedures and techniques
- Coordinate orthodontic services with other dental services/providers
- Must have Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) required. State-required certification/licensure as required to work as an Orthodontist and active CPR certification.
- Has a passion for dentistry and enjoys working in a team environment

- Provides comfort dental care to help our patients feel at ease while in the dental chair

- Flexibility to work at other office locations if necessary
