Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate manufacturing capacity and identify necessary upgrades to facilities and equipment to meet both regulatory standards and process improvement goals.
- Develop and refine plant improvement proposals, crafting cost-effective solutions and overseeing their implementation.
- Handle the entire lifecycle of equipment upgrades and new installations, from initial planning through to final commissioning.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring seamless integration with existing maintenance schedules.
- Continuously monitor manufacturing processes, analyze issues, and implement strategic solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Create and maintain essential production documentation, including maintenance and operational procedures, safety analyses, and change management protocols.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a capital project management context.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems across multiple engineering disciplines, including mechanical, chemical, electrical, and civil.
- Proven track record of managing significant projects with budgets exceeding $1 million.
- Must be currently eligible to work in the U.S. without the need for future sponsorship.
