Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the power distribution team to oversee and maintain systems including transformers, substations, and circuit breakers.
- Drive the planning and execution of engineering projects and major plant turnarounds, supporting project leaders through all phases.
- Design and conduct evaluations of electrical systems, applying extensive knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
- Provide expert troubleshooting support for plant instrumentation and electrical equipment.
- Manage maintenance and capital budgets, participate in capital project management, and perform power system analyses including power flow, voltage drop modeling, and fault current calculations.
- Develop strategies to improve maintenance effectiveness, extend equipment life, and prevent deterioration.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key equipment manufacturers and technical consultants.
- Create and update critical maintenance documentation to enhance plant operations.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in power distribution, controls, and instrumentation within heavy industries such as chemicals, refineries, or similar.
- Strong familiarity with regulatory standards including MSHA, OSHA, NEC, and ISA.
- Proven project management skills with a focus on budgeting, planning, and cost control.
- Eligibility to work in the USA without sponsorship.
