Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable, self-motivated individual for our growing operations team which will support processing in a dynamic production and R&D environment. This position will focus on supporting advanced packaging processing and process development, for, but not limited to, silicon interposer fabrication, through silicon via (TSV) fabrication, wafer bumping and micro-bumping, package assembly, and integrating a combination of interconnect technologies together. The process technologies include thin film material deposition of metals, spin-on polymers, dry and wet etch processing, and photolithography processing. The ideal candidate will have a broad background in wafer processing in a cleanroom environment, and be willing and eager to learn and support new and existing process techniques. The ability to multitask and work in a team environment is required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage processing work queues
- Collect and analyze inspection data
- Operation of semiconductor processing equipment
- Thin film material deposition of metals
- Assembly of microelectronic components and devices
- Electroplating processing
- Spin-on polymer processing
- Dry and wet etch processing
- Photolithography processing

Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Semiconductor wafer processing experience in a cleanroom environment is a plus
- Working knowledge of Automated Optical Inspection Systems is a plus
- Due to export control rules, must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
- 2 or 4 year technical degree desired, but equivalent experience will be considered
- Experience with back-end device and wafer processing technologies
- Good hands-on lab skills, and good verbal and written communication skills
- PC proficiency is a must
- Working knowledge of Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint
Job Skills:
- Experience working independently in a production and R&D environment
- Ability to learn and operate multiple types of semiconductor processing equipment
- Ability to multitask while paying attention to detail
