Requirements

Description:

• Responsible for managing a diverse range of agency projects (media campaigns, digital executions, performance marketing solutions, etc) by ensuring team members are clear on project deliverables, equipped with necessary resources and meeting deadlines
• Proactively monitor project budgets, making sound business decisions and pivoting where necessary to ensure project health
• Work with Resource Management to assign and allocate relevant project resources to ensure project success
• Manage multiple resources across various departments and keep internal and client-related stakeholders informed of deliverables and project updates
• Work closely alongside Account Leads to act as one of the day-to-day points of contact for client counterparts
• Responsible for maintaining project status reports and leading project status calls
• Implement an applicable project structure that will support the team in the successful execution of deliverables and is tailored to the project type
• Regularly communicate with Supervisor and Account Leads to ensure projects are laddering up to the client's overarching goals and business objectives
• Translate project briefs and scopes of work into tactical and strategic based project plans focused on reaching client goals
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are documented and communicated is at every phase
• Work with discipline leads and the New Business team to accurately estimate and produce scopes of work utilizing supporting project data
• Responsible for monthly client invoices and escalating/resolving project financial issues

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years agency project management experience

• Strong communication skills across a variety of seniority levels and disciplines
• Attention to detail and ability to own and manage the full scope of a project with little oversight
• Ability to analyze project data and gather tactical insights to course correct project profitability when necessary
• Experience managing technical web builds, media campaigns and other similar digital marketing tactics.
• Ability to motivate and collaborate with your colleagues
• Experience with a variety project management tools a plus
• PMP certification a plus
