Job Summary

As a Property Maintenance Manager for FreeUp Storage, you will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and operation of a self-storage facility. This position will be in Havelock, NC. Managers utilize strong interpersonal skills while interacting with customers, assisting them in identifying storage needs while providing real-time, cost effective solutions. Resolving issues, answering questions and providing general information regarding our company and policies are included in daily responsibilities. Managers are active during the day, taking time to inspect, clean out and prepare units for lease, while maintaining the property grounds and buildings. Ensuring the highest standard of quality in cleanliness, safety and visual appearance is a priority

Requirements

Main Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle phone and in person inquiries
• Identify facility needs and submit orders through the proper channels
• Clean and prepare units to be ready to rent

Requirements

• Valid drivers license
• HVAC experience is preferred
• Electrical experience is preferred
• Must be able to handle and operate power equipment

Benefits

This is a full-time position offering $17 - $18 per hour. Hourly position with bonus potential. Health/Dental/Vision benefits. 401K with company contribution. PTO. Uniform stipend. Schedule will be Tuesday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm and Saturday 9:30am-4pm.
