Billy Jack's Shack, a well-established and beloved restaurant in the heart of the city, is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead our team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional food and outstanding service, and we need a dynamic manager who can inspire and maintain our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Monitor sales and revenue, implementing strategies to improve profitability
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and update menu offerings
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house
- Ability to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Benefits
Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000
Medical, Dental, Vision insurance offering paid by Jack Brown's- a $7,000+ value per year - effective 60 days after employment begins in a full-time salaried management position
