Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service and results to our clients, and we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager at Interluxe Auctions, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and fostering client relationships. In addition to these responsibilities, you will be actively involved in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and real estate professionals.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and promotions to generate leads.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales associates, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing sales associates.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the executive team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in high ticket, service based sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Minimum of 3 years sales management experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or other CRM.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Experience in building and growing a sales team including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training sales associates.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
