We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who will get in the trenches, run leads alongside your team, and hold your reps accountable to the highest standards of performance. Your goal is to develop a team of hard-hitting closers that’s obsessed with winning.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive sales reps to exceed their quotas—no excuses
• Run in-home leads to train and shadow reps, constantly improving their sales techniques
• Create a culture of accountability, where excuses and mediocrity are unacceptable
• Deliver hands-on, in-field training and uptraining to sharpen your team's skills
• Lead by example—run leads yourself, show them how it’s done
