Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Manager who is not just a leader but a working manager. This role requires a candidate who is excited to be out in the field daily, running leads, closing deals, and working alongside their team. This is a B2C role focusing on in-home sales, where you will be directly involved in every aspect of the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for in-home sales, a strong ability to lead by example, and a desire to develop new markets from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Actively participate in daily fieldwork, running leads, and closing sales alongside your team.
- Team Development: Train, mentor, and upskill your sales team through direct, in-field training.
- Market Growth: Drive the development and expansion of new markets, identifying opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in in-home sales (B2C), preferably within the home remodeling industry.
- Demonstrated success in a sales management role with a hands-on leadership style.
