Job Responsibilities
- Work with teams to lead and advance the design of a variety of projects by providing Due diligence, site analysis, master planning, landscape design, construction document detailing, and graphics.
- Provide primary landscape design for the Raleigh office and the Southeast Region
- Assist with hiring and mentorship of entry-level LA staff
- Assist with quality control measures in the production of landscape construction documents
- Provide CAD drafting support in the preparation of landscape construction documents, landscape design, entitlement documents, and graphics.

Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in landscape architecture or a related field from an accredited program
- Landscape Architecture licensure
- 5+ years of land planning and/or landscape architecture experience
- Ability to work within and communicate effectively with the project team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to communicate directly with clients and develop strong relationships within the region
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe suite programs.
- Photoshop, Sketchup, Lumion, and GIS is a plus.
