We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to lead technical directions and enhancements in manufacturing processes.
Role Overview: You will be instrumental in planning, developing, and implementing sophisticated plant information systems and architecture. This includes rolling out new features, enhancing existing functionalities in CAD, KBE, MES, and ensuring robust systems support and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engineer solutions for our MES-driven engineering systems that guide shop floor operations.
- Design and upgrade our systems architecture, focusing on infrastructure, operational instructions, and user interfaces.
- Exhibit leadership in deploying information technologies across CAD/CAM/CAE and shop floor systems.
- Manage full lifecycle of systems projects from planning and testing to execution and implementation.
- Provide prompt resolution of user issues, escalating when necessary, and effectively communicate outcomes to internal stakeholders.
- Sustain and advance the integration of manufacturing and enterprise systems to optimize plant operations.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in computer programming/coding with experience in PLSQL, SQL, Java, or similar (2 years required, 5 years preferred).
- Prior experience in a manufacturing setting, particularly with automated engineering systems, is highly desirable.
