Full Job Description
Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with experience working in a warehouse setting? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Warehouse Associate at Electric Supply & Equipment!
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the flow in the warehouse by pulling orders, stocking shelves, and delivering parts to the assembly lines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and unload trucks that deliver products and other items to the company. This may require the use of a pallet jack or forklift.
- Unpack boxes and check the materials for damages or shortages.
- Stage materials so they are ready for warehousing.
- Receive product into the company system.
- Stock materials on warehouse shelves in the proper location.
- Pull orders and check for accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be able to read and interpret pick tickets and shipping and receiving documents.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using warehouse management systems.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
