Hardware Parts and Distribution Clerk

Enerbase is a cooperative business that provides a wide range of goods and services to its customers. We are currently seeking a Hardware Parts and Distribution Clerk to join our team. As a Hardware Parts and Distribution Clerk at Enerbase, you will play an important role in ensuring the efficient distribution of hardware parts to our customers.

As a Hardware Parts and Distribution Clerk, your responsibilities will include receiving, document and scanning incoming shipments, accurately recording inventory data, organizing and stocking shelves, packaging items in accordance with various shipping requirements, unload incoming shipments and move items to proper location, process returns timely and accurately.

We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, have good problem-solving skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for hardware products ,we would love to have you join our team at Enerbase.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
• Organize and stock shelves with hardware parts
• Unload and document shipments received
• Package items in accordance with various shipping requirements
• Access computer records as needed to trace shipping schedules and location of package
• Maintain an organized and clean store environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer needs

Requirements

• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
