Full time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Gotham Enterprises LTD is seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide therapy services for our private practice. This position entails conducting thorough assessments, formulating individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to clients and their families. Your expertise will be pivotal in addressing family dynamics and promoting overall well-being in our community.
Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities:
- Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
- Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
- Communicates with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
- Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
- Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active North Dakota state licensure as LMFT.
- You have 2 year or more of experience in providing counseling services.
- Ability to work independently, self-directed and highly organized;
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office;
- Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.
