We are looking to hire a Physical Therapist to join our team. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services that foster healing, resilience, and growth. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to collaborate with supportive colleagues and leverage your expertise to empower clients on their path to well-being.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and create effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to foster client growth.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Work closely with families and support systems to enhance client outcomes.
• Keep thorough and timely documentation to ensure compliance and accountability.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active North Dakota state licensure as LMFT.

• You have 2 year or more of experience in providing counseling services.

• You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
• You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
• You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
