We're currently seeking a well-rounded B2B marketing expert to join our B2B team. The successful candidate will have expertise in executing B2B marketing tactics and initiatives such as Lead Nurture & Email Marketing, Lead Generation, and Account-Based Marketing. The role requires superior attention to detail, data-driven decision-making, strong unstructured problem-solving skills, and excellent written communication. Our B2B marketing specialists take pride in building and executing top-notch campaigns and initiatives to drive sales and marketing successes for our clients.

Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelors' Degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience (marketing agency, internal marketing team)
- Experience in Content Marketing, B2B Marketing, and/or CRM/Sales Enablement
- Agency experience preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive B2B content strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs
- Experience utilizing Hubspot Marketing Hub (or similar marketing automation platform) to drive lead generation & lead nurture campaigns
- Experience working in Hubspot Sales Hub / Smart CRM a plus
- Strong writing skills & experience creating compelling & SEO-optimized B2B content across various formats such as blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, and/or case studies
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMRush, Moz, etc
- Excellent copy editing skills
- Architect & execute lead nurture campaigns following best practices for both long & medium sales cycle businesses
- Execute email builds, A/B testing, copywriting, and regular maintenance of email lists & segmentation
- Ideate & plan organic social media campaigns
- Write attractive & concise ad/email copy
- Experience in data analysis & reporting
- Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communicator
- Media buying & paid search experience a plus
