Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts as their primary point of contact.
• Understand client needs and requirements to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure successful implementation of energy solutions.
• Provide regular updates and reports on client activities, sales opportunities, and revenue forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in account management is a plus, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
