Filling Equipment Project Manager Responsibilities:
- The Project Manager resource will be responsible for leading a team which supports the following subgroups:
- Filling
- Isolator
- Automated warehouse equipment
- This support is expected to occur from project start through qualification of all applicable systems
- The Project Manager will provide the following:
- Oversee all aspects of the project
- Equipment asset delivery is the responsibility of this position with the support of a cross functional team
- Provide oversite of the cost, schedule and risk management of this project as it relates to Resilience
- The Project Manager will lead a team of 10 to 15 resources (both direct and contracted resources) with a few reporting directly to the project, but most resources in a part time / shared status
- As required support or lead all applicable project meetings
- As requested, travel to client or vendor locations to support requested Face – 2 – Face meetings. This includes FATs for equipment. This role will lead the FATs so prior experience is a strong desire for this position
- Manage a Project Action, Risk and Decision tracker for each subgroup
- SOP training requirements
Requirements
- Must be willing to work onsite West Chester, OH
- Demonstrated experience with Filling equipment, Isolators, and Automated warehouse equipment in GMP regulated environments
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
- Proficiency using PC and Microsoft Office tools
- Outgoing personality with strong ability to communicate effectively with peers in clear, concise terms
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- GMP and Good Documentation Practice
- Intermediate skills with WORD (authoring/editing large technical documents with styles, tables, TOCs, track changes)
- Basic skills with EXCEL and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication capabilities
- Experience with and tolerance for high levels of challenge and change.

$70,491 - $112,000
