Company Wide Responsibilities:

  • Works collaboratively with all Status Solutions and Status Solutions Network team members to ensure the customer has an exceptional experience. 
  • Has a solutions-based mindset to resolve issues with customer urgency and tact.
  • Identifies, implements, and documents innovations/efficiencies to drive better customer outcomes.
  • Effectively and efficiently communicates with team members.
  • Contributes to a positive work environment through solution-based feedback and resolutions. 
  • Achieves and exceeds target measurables assigned by their Team Lead while working collaboratively with their team to support the overall success of both Status Solutions and Status Solutions Network.
  • Actively supports and advocates for all company initiatives.
  • Consistently asks questions to gauge personal understanding as well as the knowledge base of the team.
  • Takes all reasonable and necessary steps to protect the intellectual property of Status Solutions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated history of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed key performance metrics and quotas within a team environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for a fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster lasting business relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Experience using creative approaches to challenges - be resourceful.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to access any situation independently and act accordingly.
  • Maintains sense of urgency in completing assignments.
  • Continuously acts as a brand ambassador for the Solutions Suite and Franchise Model.
