We are looking for an experienced and visionary IT Director to join our executive team and lead our IT department. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing our IT infrastructure, ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, integration tools, data warehousing, and other IT related items. You will also provide strategic direction and guidance for our IT projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.

Scheduled Hours: Mon-Fri / 8:00am-5:00pm
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and monitor the IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Manage and maintain our ERP system (NetSuite), e-commerce platform (Magento), and integration tools (Celigo).
- Develop and execute IT policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage and supervise the IT staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
- Manage the IT budget and allocate resources efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with other executives and stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT needs and solutions.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and innovations that can enhance our IT capabilities and business performance.
- Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested regularly.
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends and developments and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining cloud-based systems, ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and integration tools.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite, Magento, and Celigo, or similar systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant fields are preferred.
