General Summary:
Responsible for general aspects of maintenance required to maintain the interior and exterior of the properties managed by Kleemax Properties. The maintenance technician works directly with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure work orders, apartment turns, preventative maintenance, etc. are done in a safe and timely manner. Conducts business according to the Kleemax Properties Mission, Vision, Values, and Goals.
Requirements
- Experience as maintenance technician preferred
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and drywall
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills
