VividFront is an integrated agency with a focus on setting a strong website foundation, building brands, and driving revenue with strategic digital marketing campaigns.
We're looking for a well-rounded digital marketer who wants to work in the fast-paced, exciting and ever-changing field of digital marketing. As a Marketing Coordinator on our team, you'll be expected to execute earned/owned and paid media campaigns from quoting/spec stage all the way through final quality control, launch and reporting. This is not a client-facing role, but you will have opportunities to relay data and strategic recommendations to clients. You should be detail-oriented, confident, collaborative and capable of prioritizing a full schedule.
The successful job candidate will gain a wide range of experience with marketing strategies and tactics across numerous marketing mediums and in dozens of industries. Some of the major job responsibilities include:
- Execute email marketing campaigns
- Creative direction for effective social media content
- Collaboration with our in-house design team to bring creative ideas to fruition
- Content writing (long-form) and copywriting (short-form)
- Influencer / affiliate research, outreach and relationship management
- Industry research, competitor research, and keyword research
- Organic social media management, including follower-building and engagement tactics
- Reporting and analysis
List of Skills and Abilities we desire:

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a fast paced Marketing role
- Google Analytics Certification
- META Blueprint Certification

This is a Full-time position that we are filling at our Downtown Cleveland location. We are currently running on a hybrid of remote and in-person work.
