Universal Energy Solutions is searching for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative at Universal Energy Solutions, you will be responsible for promoting our sustainable energy products and services, as well as establishing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers.

At Universal Energy Solutions, we are dedicated to providing environmentally-friendly solutions to our clients. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in educating customers about the benefits of our products, understanding their energy requirements, and delivering tailored solutions.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Sales experience in the energy industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their energy needs and providing suitable solutions.
  • Promote and demonstrate our energy products and services to potential customers, emphasizing their value and benefits.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software for sales tracking and management.
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends and technology.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
