Responsibilities:

  • Development, implementation and communication of project scope, schedules, and budgets
  • Manage materials planning and budget development.
  • Monitor and alert of project-related spending/overspend
  • Participate in the commissioning for installation and start-up of equipment
  • Update project status and provide updates to the team
  • Develops and delivers multi-work stream project plans with complex dependencies and numerous vendors.
  • Is responsible for major sections of large client capacity planning, budget, and resource and materials plan.
  • Provides individual feedback to project team members on their contributions, quality of deliverables and overall performance on the project
  • Organize and document project team meetings including management and accountability for action items
  • Develop specifications for vendor bids
  • Vendor interface
  • Develops and delivers major sections of large project plans or full project plans for smaller projects or facility upgrades
  • May be assigned and manage projects involving new or custom equipment not previously delivered by Verista

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
  • Proficiency using PC and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Outgoing personality with strong ability to communicate effectively with peers in clear, concise terms
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Training with MS Project or other PM packages.
  • GMP and Good Documentation Practice training (may be completed at onboarding)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication capabilities
  • Experience with and tolerance for high levels of challenge and change
  • Proven attention to detail and organization in project work, including Gantt charts, project flow
  • Capable of working on assigned tasks without mentorship
  • Experience in vision inspection and/or automation manufacturing environments with demonstrated ability to generate project engineering deliverables independently
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to transition between the two.
  • Capacity to make independent sound decisions and independently manage priorities
  • Ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Proven ability to identify areas of business expansion and report to management team for follow-up
  • Ability to lead risk assessment activities to determine project goals for Verista products
  • Obvious business maturity and interpersonal skills to be able to effectively communicate and collaborate.
  • Experience and capability of effectively communicating requirements (written and orally) with rationale to different levels of the clients’ organization.
  • Advanced Microsoft Project capabilities.

For US geography, the salary range for this position is shown below. The actual salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, market demand, and competitive market practice. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

<$85,000.00 to $103,860.00>
