The Flooid Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for the day to day running of payroll and benefits for North America and is an integral member of the Global HR team. This role would be an amazing opportunity for a detail-oriented, compliance-focused person with experience in payroll, benefits, and/or HR administration.

You and the Role
The position of Total Rewards Specialist has great flexibility and the opportunity to work both on a regional and on a global scale. The primary duties of this role include:
- Responsible for semi-monthly payroll processing and payroll system updates.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure fair and competitive pay practices.
- Manage employee benefit programs, including answering employee questions and serving as the main contact for vendors.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to current benefits offerings.
- Manage the annual open enrollment process and related communications.
- Oversee the current employee recognition and reward programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recognition/rewards programs and suggest improvements.
- Take the lead in Global HR reporting, both regular and ad hoc.
- If desired, take the lead on any Global HR projects that are of interest.
Skills and Experience
The ideal Total Rewards Specialist candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Solid experience in payroll, benefits, or generalist HR administration.
- Demonstrated experience managing detail-oriented tasks in the HR/payroll/benefits fields.
- Knowledge of, or ability to quickly research, federal and state compensation benefits laws and regulations.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- Ability to work independently with the confidence to ask questions when and as needed.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight timescales.
- Proactive and energetic with a positive attitude.

Location: United States –In-Office/Hybrid (primary office located in Cincinnati, Ohio). This role should be able to occasionally attend work at our office in Blue Ash, Ohio. There is no set required number of in-office days per week.

Travel: No regular travel is required for this role.
