We are currently seeking a Vice President of International Markets based in Cincinnati to lead and drive our company's expansion into global markets. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and growth opportunities in international markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive international market expansion strategy, aligned with the company's overall objectives and goals.
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities and potential partnerships or acquisitions in international markets.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners in target markets.
  • Lead and oversee all international sales and business development activities.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for international markets.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to cross-functional teams in areas such as marketing, product development, and operations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes in international markets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to make data-driven recommendations for business growth and improvement.
  • Represent the company in international conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Vice President or in a similar capacity, with a focus on international market expansion.
  • Demonstrated success in driving international business growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to assess market opportunities and develop effective strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Experience in managing international sales and business development activities.
  • Knowledge of international markets, including cultural differences, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
