Accessory Technician - Riverside Ford Tulsa, OK.

Currently we are seeking an accessory technician, or a person with a willingness to learn a trade that has a good attitude and is a quick learner that we can train to accessorize our Ford Products. If you have automotive knowledge, are dependable, detail oriented and can take exceptional care of our customers while working as part of a team we might be the place for you to start or continue your career.

A accessory technician is responsible for driving trucks. This position will also install other accessories, like running boards, bug shields, vent visors, and LED lights.

Requirements

Core Responsibilities

• Service and maintain shop equipment.
• Utilize protective supplies as appropriate to ensure cleanliness of vehicle.
• Operate lifting and moving devices to move materials and equipment and access areas.
• Responsible for cleaning, sanding, and applying chemical solutions to prepare and condition surfaces prior to painting.

Competencies:

• Education and/or experience in paint repair
• A high school diploma or the equivalent
• Understanding and compliance with safety rules and practices as well as posted work rules and procedures.
• Positive outlook with a high-energy personality
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and critical thinking.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
